I am writing regarding order #ORD-1292-KEU-9824 placed with Authentic Kitchen Edinburgh Enterprises on January 17, 2016. I paid $539.63 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marquise M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
