I want to report a serious concern with Premier-Development Holdings's item that I purchased on April 13, 1971 from your West Christa, California store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Boyd G., but my issue remains unresolved.
