False promises made by Appetite & Specialties representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9532-IJV-3551 placed with Appetite & Specialties on November 20, 1985. I paid $33.93 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Madie D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
