Warranty claim denied by Healing Center LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9013-XLK-5214 placed with Healing Center LLC on March 11, 2019. I paid $118.44 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Crystel Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
