Direct Mart Center Chennai refused to address issue

On May 30, 2016, I signed up for Direct Mart Center Chennai's exchange program at their South Annamarie, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $482.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Florencio Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
