Hidden fees discovered from Strong-Works Holdings

I purchased a membership from Strong-Works Holdings on October 20, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Andy D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
