Billing dispute with Delight & Creations

On March 26, 2008, I signed up for Delight & Creations's consultation at their Port Jadon, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $425.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Layne C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
