Unsatisfactory resolution from Delight & Creations

On January 21, 1975, I signed up for Delight & Creations's support package at their Carsonport, Texas location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $151.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hallie U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
