I have been a loyal customer of Smart Mart for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-7794-RBD-5376) on September 13, 2013, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
