I have been a loyal customer of Trade & Spot for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-4579-VDK-6197) on July 11, 1988, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
