False promises made by Defense Services of Reliable Osaka Ltd. representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8512-YHM-8689 placed with Defense Services of Reliable Osaka Ltd. on June 27, 1988. I paid $965.90 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tanya V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
