Misleading advertising by Buy Exchange

On August 3, 1993, I signed up for Buy Exchange's support package at their Lake Ayanatown, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $484.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Deion U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
