I purchased a product from Buy Exchange on October 6, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lucile G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
