I am writing regarding order #ORD-6243-DXA-6919 placed with Med Remedy LLC on February 9, 1976. I paid $269.95 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Geoffrey D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
