False promises made by Premium Ventures Inc. representative

On May 29, 1970, I signed up for Premium Ventures Inc.'s return process at their Lake Beatrice, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $410.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Evalyn A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
