Software glitches with Cyber Byte product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3561-YFM-8594 placed with Cyber Byte on May 25, 2005. I paid $833.97 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lonny C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
