Overcharged by Prestige Space for service

I want to report a serious concern with Prestige Space's tool that I purchased on May 27, 2014 from your East Angelita, South Dakota store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Russel D., but my issue remains unresolved.
