I have been a loyal customer of Prestige Space for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-1979-BZZ-8315) on August 29, 2018, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
