Overcharged by Homes Associates for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4774-UCD-9897 placed with Homes Associates on February 8, 1989. I paid $824.5 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mina I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
