I am writing regarding order #ORD-2309-BEV-3551 placed with DigitalDev Platforms Group on December 15, 1997. I paid $565.39 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Art M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
