I have been a loyal customer of LearningCampus for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-2008-DAL-3848) on September 16, 2010, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
