I am writing regarding order #ORD-4796-WPG-7322 placed with Prestige Consultants Sheffield on October 25, 2020. I paid $789.44 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Luella F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
