Bites & Classics LLC provided defective product

On March 31, 2024, I signed up for Bites & Classics LLC's training session at their North Eleanore, Utah location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $872.17, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Viviane L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
