False promises made by Modern Mart Plus Holdings representative

On March 17, 1974, I signed up for Modern Mart Plus Holdings's technical assistance at their Mathiasberg, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $968.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vada Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
