I want to report a serious concern with Advocate Associates, Associates Belém's membership that I purchased on February 2, 2015 from your Schroedershire, Arizona store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tressa B., but my issue remains unresolved.
