Poor customer service experience with Rights Practice, Practice Inc.

On September 16, 2007, I signed up for Rights Practice, Practice Inc.'s troubleshooting service at their Port Theresamouth, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $689.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Johnson Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
