Quality issues with Development Bros International product

On May 9, 1982, I signed up for Development Bros International's premium plan at their West Abeshire, Maine location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $478.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Osvaldo G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
