I purchased a system from Delight Co Boston on December 27, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Randal G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
