I purchased a unit from Delight Co Boston on October 30, 1973. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eileen U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
