I purchased a package from Delight Co Boston on May 22, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rosendo T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
