Misleading advertising by EdgeHyper Inc.

On March 11, 2019, I signed up for EdgeHyper Inc.'s upgrade service at their Lake Ellastad, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $941.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rosalyn R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
