I have been a loyal customer of CloudLab Applications for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-6056-CTD-5394) on March 23, 1979, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
