False promises made by Abode of Royal LLC representative

On May 27, 2002, I signed up for Abode of Royal LLC's support package at their Lake Sigmundtown, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $326.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reina V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
