Overcharged by Living Associates LLC for service

On February 25, 2022, I signed up for Living Associates LLC's support package at their New Retamouth, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $913.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Isidro P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
