I am writing regarding order #ORD-9306-JXW-7831 placed with Living Associates LLC on August 29, 1981. I paid $31.5 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Neal Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
