Overcharged by Prestige Ventures for service

On May 18, 1986, I signed up for Prestige Ventures's troubleshooting service at their New Luisa, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $471.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hyman U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
