Misdiagnosis complaint against Medical Institute Depok

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6653-WAR-3507 placed with Medical Institute Depok on September 22, 2007. I paid $614.33 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Abdul I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
