Refund refused by Attorney Offices of Reliable

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5543-VJV-6323 placed with Attorney Offices of Reliable on March 30, 1990. I paid $383.3 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gus D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
