I am writing regarding order #ORD-6619-BIK-6926 placed with Attorney Offices of Reliable on November 24, 2001. I paid $300.80 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cielo D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
