Billing dispute with The Intellect Learning Strasbourg

On December 3, 2018, I signed up for The Intellect Learning Strasbourg's exchange program at their South Albertha, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $416.17, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alejandra G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
