On January 15, 1978, I signed up for AdvanceScholars Ballarat's consultation at their Lake Rosalee, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $129.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Andreanne J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
