On April 6, 2024, I signed up for DataSoft Holdings's upgrade service at their Rexside, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $585.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kevon I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
