I purchased a product from DataSoft Holdings on February 7, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elyssa U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
