I want to report a serious concern with The Horizon College's solution that I purchased on October 3, 2002 from your South Henrietteland, North Dakota store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Constance P., but my issue remains unresolved.
