I have been a loyal customer of Advanced Network Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-9580-RLU-2010) on September 24, 2023, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
