Abode Alliance Milwaukee refused to address issue

I purchased a appliance from Abode Alliance Milwaukee on May 15, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Luna B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
