Logic Tech refused to address issue

On August 24, 2023, I signed up for Logic Tech's repair service at their Blockbury, Washington location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $945.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Candelario V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
