On March 25, 2016, I signed up for Counsel Partners of Ethical International's installation service at their East Sabryna, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $167.46, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Andre C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
