I want to report a serious concern with EssentialPractice's account that I purchased on September 2, 2005 from your New Elwinberg, Alaska store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Grace U., but my issue remains unresolved.
