I want to report a serious concern with Ultimate Renovations's system that I purchased on July 4, 2002 from your Dachberg, South Dakota store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Enoch M., but my issue remains unresolved.
